On June 24, the FOI Center provided two computers to the Armavir marzpetaran, free of charge, to support the process of introducing the Mulberry e-governance system in the marzpetaran. On June 18, 2009, during Council of Europe justice ministers’ meeting in Norway, member-states signed the Convention on Access to Official Documents, which consequently entered into effect. 12 countries-participants of the meeting signed the Convention, including Georgia.
