Freedom of Information Center of Armenia.

The project was supported by Counterpart International. Project duration was 10 months (June 2013l- March 31, 2014).

The overarching goal of the project was to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness of the Freedom of Information Center of Armenia. The 10-month institutional development project was aiming at enhancing the organizational efficiency and effectiveness of the NGO.

The project  implemented through a combination of trainings, consulting, shared experience and service provision. The project addressed the following blocks outlined in the Request for Proposals:

1. Financial sustainability;
2. Human resource planning and capacity building;
3. Strategic communications planning; and 4) Service provision planning and operations.
