Freedom of Information Center of Armenia.

On 30 September, at 10:00 the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia (address: 23 G. Nzhdeh, Yerevan) will hear the claim of Freedom of Information Center against the mayor of Hrazdan. The mayor of Hrazdan rejected to provide the copies of the decisions of mayor and the council of elders to FOICA and the preferable way for him has been to work close and secretly.

All the journalists are invited to be present at the court session and to widely cover it. FOICA will be presented at the court by FOICA lawyer Mr. Karen Mezhlumyan.
