The National Strategy to Combat Disinformation in Armenia

The Project is supported by The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). The Project started in March 2023 and will end in December 2023.
Project Objectives:
- To enhance the strategic engagement of local private sector stakeholders in efforts that combat disinformation.
- To facilitate cross-regional learning and thought leadership on the private sector’s role in combatting disinformation.
Project Activities:
- Develop an Action Plan to accompany the National Strategy to Combat Disinformation.
- Media literacy workshops for private sector representatives.
- Conduct research to identify the major disinformation narratives and actors.
- Propose recommendations for how the public and private sectors can work together to minimize its spread and impact.
