Beneficial Ownership Transparency

From January 1 to March 1, 2023, all legal entities must submit a declaration of beneficial owners. About 78,000 limited liability companies and 11,000 non-commercial organizations are required to submit a declaration.

The Freedom of information center of Armenia, identified the main questions regarding the real beneficiaries and prepared animated videos presenting the answers with the support of the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE).
