01.06.2015 - 48. Arman Suleymanyan vs. the RA Civil Court of Appeal
On December 30, 2014 the journalist Arman Suleymanyan with the support of the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative court with the claim to recognizing the court’s (judges’) action (inaction) as unlawful and to oblige of providing information for giving legal appraisal to the actions of the RA Civil Court of Appeal (judges).
17.02.2015 - 47. The FOICA vs. The Metsamor Municipality
On February 13, 2015, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court with the claim to recognize the Metsamor Municipality's action (or inaction) as unlawful, oblige the Municipality to provide the requested information and to oblige the Municipality to compensate the damage caused by the unlawful action (or inaction).
16.02.2015 - 46. The FOICA vs. the Noyemberyan Municipality
On February 13, 2015, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court with the claim to recognize the Noyemberyan Municipality's action (or inaction) as unlawful.
15.02.2015 - 45. The FOICA vs. the Jermuk Municipality
On February 13, 2015, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court with the claim to recognize the Jermuk Municipality's action (or inaction) as unlawful, oblige the Municipality to provide the requested information and to oblige the Municipality to compensate the damage caused by the unlawful action (or inaction).
14.02.2015 - 44. The FOICA vs. the Nor Hachn Municipality
On February 13, 2015, the FOICA applied to the RA Administrative Court with the claim to recognize the Nor Hachn Municipality's action (or inaction) as unlawful.
26.12.2013 - 42. The FOICA vs. the "Parking City Service" CJSC
On December 26, 2013, the FOICA filed a suit at the RA Administrative Court against the "Parking City Service" CJSC. The FOICA has asked the Court to recognize the fact of violation of the FOICA's freedom of information right, oblige the respondent to provide the requested information, and to impose an administrative penalty on the director of the "Parking City Service" CJSC Vazgen Harutunyan.
