The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia confirmed the fact of violation of the Freedom of Information Center's right to receive information by the Yerevan Municipality.
17.03.2021 - 59. Media Defence vs. Republic of Azerbaijan
Media Defence has today filed a case at the Strasbourg court on behalf of four Armenian citizens following the bombing of the town of Martuni by Azerbaijani forces during the recent armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. The applicants - three journalists who were injured and the brother of a journalist fixer who was killed - allege that as a result of this attack their rights under the European Convention on Human Rights were violated by Azerbaijan.

On December 4, 2020 Freedom of Information Center of Armenia sent a request to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, asking for a consultation.
25.09.2019 - 57. FOICA vs. "Scientific-practical center of forensic medicine" SNPO
On March 1st, 2019, the director of Freedom of Information Center of Armenia Shushan Doydoyan send a request to "Scientific-practical center of forensic medicine" SNPO of the Ministry of Health of the RA, asking to provide a staff list and date (names of employees) of the Shirak Region Forensic Medical Examinations Division for the fourth quarter of 2014 (October 1-December 31).

On January 21, 2019 the director of Freedom of Information Center of Armenia Shushan Doydoyan sent a request to Yerevan Municipality asking to provide the list of employees awarded by the Mayor of Yerevan from September to December 2018, indicating the amount of remuneration given to each.

On November 30, 2018 Freedom of Information Center of Armenia applied to the Personal Data Protection Agency, asking to study the issue of processing of children's personal data by a e-service www.dasaran.am . FOICA considered it problematic that the website www.dasaran.am actually processes various personal data of all school children in Armenia, but the scope of their development is unknown, and some information about the actions taken by them is suspected of being illegal...
