Information about the salary
Not receiving any answer to his inquiries, Martiros Karapetyan applied to FIC Shirak regional advocate Artush Grigoryan. The Freedom of Information Centre filed a court case to the first instance court of Shirak region in order to protect the resident’s violated right of access. However, before the start of the judicial process the polyclinic provided the whole requested information. Therefore the first instance court of Shirak region denied the petition on basis of the fact that the information was provided to the citizen within a 30- day period.
