Informed Armenia project

This project seeks to ensure that journalists and civil society organisations produce and share easy-to-understand information, news articles and contributes to a real debate about budget allocations and spending in Armenia. Name of the sub-grant project: The Monitoring of Services Providing by E-Justice Platforms and Public Service Delivery Offices

Brief Description: It is envisaged to monitor the provision of services through e-justice platforms (www.e-draft.am and www.e-request.am) and monitoring of the services provided by the operators of the service offices (through a single window), focus group discussions with those who receive services, development of advisory documents through joint work with representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia in order to increase the effectiveness of this toolkit, to raise awareness and eliminate barriers to its application. Also queries and interviews will be conducted in Yerevan and in the marzes to determine the effectiveness of platforms and service offices and to identify existing obstacles. The respondents and interviewers will include those who receive the above services, state bodies providing these services and field experts.

As a result, the consultative document addressed to stakeholders will be developed in joint discussions with the Ministry of Justice based on conclusions of analyzed and summarized data of monitoring, inquiries, interviews and focus group discussions.

Actions in Brief: Monitoring of e-justice platforms (www.e-draft.am and www.e-request.am) and monitoring of the services provided by the operators of the service offices, interviews, inquiries, two focus group discussions with the target group representatives, four consultation meetings with the participation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and other stakeholders, publicizing all project components.
